各式各樣的液壓支腿加固了液壓升降機(jī)的穩(wěn)固性，但是，想要使其發(fā)揮更大的作用，就必須在使用支腿時(shí)一定要撐穩(wěn)，平時(shí)注意保養(yǎng)。那么當(dāng)升降機(jī)的支腿損壞時(shí)應(yīng)該如何維修呢？

1、維修液壓升降機(jī)的支撐系統(tǒng)時(shí)先將活動(dòng)支腿拆下，測(cè)量導(dǎo)向槽的尺寸，決定補(bǔ)焊的厚度。

2、補(bǔ)焊時(shí)，所示用螺釘和螺母將長(zhǎng)方形的紫銅墊安裝好，紫銅管套在螺釘上，補(bǔ)焊完一段，再移動(dòng)補(bǔ)焊下一段，直至焊完為止。為了方便，也可將焊條適度折彎。這樣做不會(huì)影響液壓缸活塞桿的行程和在支腿承重時(shí)固定支腿和活動(dòng)支腿的相對(duì)夾角。
