重慶升降平臺的變速部分和錐鼓式限速器的離心制動部分，是封閉式的，其他部分是開啟式的。封閉部分不易檢查，現(xiàn)場只能看一下變速箱是否漏油．錐鼓式限速器名牌上標注的檢測日期是否過期。錐鼓式限速器必須經(jīng)有法定檢測資質(zhì)的安全，檢測機構(gòu)定期檢測并做鉛封，使用單位不準隨意調(diào)整。
