重慶升降平臺(tái)的安裝問(wèn)題一直都是由液壓升降機(jī)的生產(chǎn)廠家來(lái)幫客戶解決的，但是在液壓升降機(jī)的使安裝中經(jīng)常會(huì)發(fā)生一些小問(wèn)題，作為液壓升降機(jī)的生產(chǎn)廠家，鋼絲繩的安裝步驟如下：

1、當(dāng)導(dǎo)軌安裝到要求的高度后，用鋼絲繩懸掛好對(duì)重，將天輪、繩輪、鋼絲繩及繩具吊到吊籠頂部并備好螺栓等，當(dāng)升降機(jī)吊籠位于最低層站時(shí)，鋼絲繩在卷筒上的余留圈數(shù)不足3圈，升降機(jī)在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中會(huì)增加鋼絲繩被升降機(jī)反卷甚至折斷的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

2、將鋼絲繩架用M8X30螺栓固定在吊籠上，將吊籠升至導(dǎo)軌架頂端500mm處，用吊桿將天輪安裝到導(dǎo)軌架頂部，用M24螺栓固定，鋼絲繩斷絲、斷股。強(qiáng)制式升降機(jī)的吊籠上下運(yùn)行于兩根剛性垂直導(dǎo)軌之間，只有兩個(gè)方向的自由度，而升降機(jī)的放繩角隨著導(dǎo)繩器移動(dòng)而改變。
