造成升降平臺主軸斷軸的原因很多，大多數(shù)屬于使用不當，總結(jié)一下主要有以下幾方面的原因。

1、升降機長期超負荷運行，特別是因使用維護不當造成外傷產(chǎn)生裂紋，而又長期超負荷使用。
